Sustainable and Natural Tourism Project in Alcácer do Sal
Sustainable and Natural Tourism Project that aims to give new life to a dryland land with 75 000m2, in Alcácer do Sal.

The project consists in the transformation of an old farm into a real Alentejo hillside with potential for rural tourism , being imperative the maintenance of fauna and flora, as well as the enhancement of the built set that is in place.

In this sense, the existing structures will be reused and provided with new capabilities, both for living and for supporting tourism: reception areas, party room, kitchens, laundry rooms, among others.

One of the structures will house 12 one-bedroom townhouses, each with its own outdoor deck and garden with a southwest view, facing the complex's new communal swimming pool.

The stables will be rehabilitated, providing them with all the conditions for the accommodation of horses. To the west of the stables, between 8 and 10 self-contained bungalows will be built, intended for rotating accommodation for the public called "Digital Nomads".

Finally, it is planned to build a new dwelling of up to 500 m2, this will be a self-contained dwelling supported by a swimming pool for private use.

The remaining surrounding area will be used for agriculture and grazing for the horses, with vegetable gardens, tree cultivation, and areas for tourism activities related to agriculture and leisure.

There is also a potential for a project with a trans-generational and inter-generational intent that is concerned with encouraging various latent recreational activities in the County, in order to promote local small businesses and to try to fight its seasonality: horseback riding, boat trips, surfing, yoga or gymnastics classes (indoor and outdoor), workshops on local products, gastronomic tastings, and a route through local restaurants.

Thus, the property promises to be a space of leisure, comfort, a corner purposely designed for rest and encounter with nature, but also a place of fun and practice of different types of activities.

Note. All of the previous points are foreseen in the national objectives for both tourism and sustainability, in that scope there is a plan for possible applications to the PRR (Resilience and Recovery Plan) that will allow for the optimization and recovery of up to 70% of the Investment.

The buyer can count on the support of the selling company for the execution of the project within these points and the respective execution and follow-up.
