Built in 2012 by the hand of Architect João Favila Menezes from Atelier Bugio , this contemporary house breathes tranquility and details.

The property is 2,175 hectares. There is the main house of 296m2, an independent studio, a garage, swimming pool and a storage room.
The garden, custom-designed by Arqt. landscaper Teresa Barão from Atelier Topiaris, meanders the route.

In the main house:
We have 4 suites all with access to a cool and central courtyard.
The living room has a fireplace and exit to the outside.
The dining room also has an exit to the outside space.
The kitchen (equipped) is between the social spaces
There is a social WC.
Relaxing outdoor spaces and patios invite us to enjoy the Alentejo landscape, often with cows and sheep peacefully grazing.

The property is prepared to have a new AL LICENSE (as it already had one in the past), allowing new owners, if they are interested, to obtain a source of income. It also has the advantage of being able to maintain competent staff for that activity.

Technical aspects:
Water heating is done by: 1 main boiler and, to avoid excessive water consumption, another 3 boilers were placed respectively in 2 bathrooms and in the studio.
There is air conditioning in all rooms.
The whole house was built to be well insulated (capoto system) including the quality of the doors and windows.
The house has an air box and anti-seismic system.
There are 2 bore holes at 100 meters (with the proper licenses), with water all year round.
There is a rainwater harvesting system that allows you to keep a deposit with 11,000 liters of water.
In the pool area there is a technical area where there is another 500lts water tank and the water treatment system that supplies the house.
There is electricity from the grid but 30 solar panels (with batteries) provide an efficient energy response.
The property is fenced where the house is located (about 1 hectare).

In this beautiful region embraced by the large Alqueva Lake and just 16 minutes from the property, we can enjoy the Azenhas D´El Rei River Beach, or the Monsaraz River Beach, 22 minutes away.
These beautiful beaches are in excellent condition and are increasingly attracting water sports lovers.
For those who prefer diving in the Atlantic Ocean, Comporta beach is just 120 minutes away, as is Lisbon.
