Pretty Residence within an Alentejo village
A family size touristic structure with four bedrooms and a restaurant, within a typical Alentejo village with its castle in the middle of an unspoiled nature.

Passing by the reception, we go down the staircase that leads to the basement. Regarding this space, still empty, at the level of the courtyard at the back of the house, a project has already been prepared to build other two T1 apartments. The attic of the house can also be converted in order to create a fourth floor.
The house is completely surrounded by a perimeter wall. Outside the house, on the left at street level, there is a garage and a terrace which sits above an outdoor area located at the basement level, where a 10.000 litres rainwater cistern has been installed. On the right side of the entrance at street level, there is a garden that can be used as a patio, a children playground or a space for a swimming pool. Turning around the house, we find two bathrooms with showers and then the kitchen. Then we go around a small outbuilding for gas bottles, to reach the door that communicates with the dining room. Further on, going down a staircase, we reach the laundry room where the boiler for the central heating of the house is located.

This house already has a license for tourism but can also be converted into a house for a family. For those who want to enlarge the structure, it is possible to acquire a plot already equipped with a connexion to the main electricity and water networks, with a project approved in 2003 for a house of 251 m2 on two floors, and located 50m from the residence in the same street.
This residence has a good commercial potential, being located in a touristic village near the Alqueva dam (nearest beach 20 minutes by car), 40km from Spain (Badajoz), 30km from Estremoz (with its famous market on Saturday mornings) or Elvas (fortified town), and 40 minutes from the capital of Alentejo, Évora (listed as a world heritage site).
