Two houses have been renovated and connected by different owners over the last years with the same spirit : preserving their Alentejan rustic style. One of the previous owners also included many Marroquin architectural and decorative characteristics to one of the two houses. This entrance hall to the second house leads : to the front, to a bedroom; and to the right, to a living room, with a fireplace, where is one of the two entrance doors from the patio; followed by an amazing kitchen that used to be a stable and where is the other entrance door. Crossing the kitchen, we reach another living room with a bathroom and an access to the garden. Finally, turning left, we enter another living room with a staircase that leads to the attic, high enough to be converted in another living area, before coming back to the entrance hall connecting the two houses.

From the main gate of the property, we can wander through the charming garden, and eventually find the swimming pool, made out of an old open air water deposit. The vegetation preserves privacy while allowing the view over the fields and the sunset. Another gate next to the garage gives access from the street to the patio of the second house.

The property is situated at the end of a quiet village 15mn away from the medieval village of Monsaraz, that stands over the biggest artificial lake of Europe, the Alqueva, with its river beaches. It is 15mn away from a city, Reguengos de Monsaraz, 2 hours drive from Lisbon and half an hour from Spain.
