The Tree House, on the other hand, will be a new building. It is distinguished by its view of the century-old trees of Goa and Macao, imported in the 19th century. The balconies of this building have a good sun exposure. The Tree House consists of eight apartments, each one with balconies. The properties are spread over two floors: one T3 Triplex, five T2 and two T1

As for the Fountain House, whose name is explained by its proximity to the old fountain of Quinta do Aranguês, it is a completely new construction with direct access to the street. In addition to benefiting from the proximity to fountain and the swimming pool, the Fountain House also profits from good sunlight thanks to its orientation to the south and west.
