Property of 1.5 hectares and 600 m2 of living space
Located in the Alandroal, on the banks of the Lucefecit River, the Herdade da Fonte Santa emerges as a small village raised in the middle of surprising vegetation, where trees of great load are pointed out (being some of them hundred-year-old), such as ashes, olive trees, fig trees or cork oaks.
The architectural complex consists of a set of 5 independent units, garage and small support buildings.
In ruins at the time of its purchase, the restoration was completed in 2000.
The Mill (1st house), an 18th century building, has been restored in accordance with the architectural design and construction techniques of the time and the region. The original walls have been consolidated and maintained. The roof is redone with antique tile. The wooden ceiling is crossed by wood beams. The floor is made of handmade tiles.

It has 2 bedrooms - one with toilet and walk-in-closet, with 55sqm, the other with 23sqm and bathroom.

Other support constructions: 35sqm garage, two "machine houses," including one with an adjacent covered patio; a small animal shelter; a secluded office, located at the highest end of the property and topped by a lovely viewpoint with stone benches.
All buildings have thermal insulation materials and white aluminum windows and doors covered with PVC with double glazing and shock-resistant.
The two main dwelling houses and the annex have central heating. The living room and suite of the mill (1st house) have wood stoves.
The caretakers' house has a solar panel to heat the water and a wood-burning stove, as well as the studio.
