Located in the Alandroal, on the banks of the Lucefecit River, the Herdade da Fonte Santa emerges as a small village raised in the middle of surprising vegetation, where trees of great load are pointed out (being some of them hundred-year-old), such as ashes, olive trees, fig trees or cork oaks.

The Mill (1st house), an 18th century building, has been restored in accordance with the architectural design and construction techniques of the time and the region. The original walls have been consolidated and maintained. The roof is redone with antique tile. The wooden ceiling is crossed by wood beams. The floor is made of handmade tiles.
The grinding area is about 120sqm. Living room, kitchen and dining room meet in a large single space with a large outdoor patio at the living room level. Separated by an arch is the library, with about 15sqm.
It also has a basement with a large storage room, pantry and wine cellar.
The connection to the room area is through the lobby, where the main door and toilets are located.

In the 2nd dwelling house, the same materials were used and it extends in length, more like the traditional "Monte Alentejano". It consists of a unique space with kitchen and dining room with 40sqm and living room with 30sqm. It has 2 bedrooms - one with toilet and walk-in-closet, with 55sqm, the other with 23sqm and bathroom.

The 3rd house/caretaker's house is a unique space with living/dining room and kitchen. Has two bedrooms and a bathroom, and an area of about 60sqm.

Two units more, the "Pavilhão" with about 40 sqm, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, and the "Studio" with about 60 sqm and with three divisions, one of which very wide.

The caretakers' house has a solar panel to heat the water and a wood-burning stove, as well as the studio.
Running water from the hole. Tested regularly, and good to drink. There is also a second hole with a lower flow.
Septic tank according to the rules of the town hall.

By the side of the road, the property is fenced by a high wall with a main gate and a service door.
