Golden Visa - ARI Portugal

In 2012, the portuguese government passed a law enabling non-European citizens to invest in Portugal and gain residence permit, which is known as ‘Golden Visa’ or ARI - Residence Permit for Investment. 

Under this law, non-european investors can acquire a residence permit in two to eight months after application. During 5 years, investors can enter freely in Portugal and Schengen zone. After 5 years, investors may acquire a permanent residence permit. It is a rare and perfect opportunity for non-EU investors to invest in and move to Europe.
